The state is an exceptional property located in the Montes of Toledo within the Cabañeros National Park, a true manorial refuge on top of a hill in the middle of nature and very close to Madrid and Toledo.
Perfect to organize Retreats, Seminars, Off site meetings, Committee board meetings, team buildings etc.
The Villa
The Villa is located in a privileged environment, on the top of a 1.000 and 1.500 meters high hill with more than 1.409 hectares bathed by the Esterna river.
The house is the perfect example of home-like warmth in the middle of nature but very close to Madrid and Toledo.
It has several buildings: a large main house, with a built area of more than 1.000 m2 that includes meeting room with fireplace, dining room, living room with fireplace as well as other dependencies for the housekeeping service, vehicles, etc.
The main house has 10 rooms, all with bathrooms, as well as a gallery, games room, terrace, etc. And of course, a pool surrounded by a large garden where you can enjoy the views.
Location: National Natural Park of Cabañeros, 170 km from Madrid and 45 from Toledo.
Facilities: 10 en suite rooms, meeting room with fireplace, dining room, living room with fireplace, garden, swimming pool, parking.
