This gem of villa is located in a beautiful corner of the Mediterranean, between the Sierra de Tramontana and the crystalline and turquoise sea, on Mallorca island.

It is a quiet and charming place where meetings or events can be organized as it has the capacity to host, both inside and outside, a large number of guests.

The Villa

It is an extensive private land of 150 hectares located in the southern part of the interior of the island on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Porreres. The house dates from the sixteenth century and is completely restored without losing the charm of yesteryear but with all the comforts of now. It continues to belong to the same family through the centuries and the current owners are the fourth generation.

It is extraordinarily spacious, cozy and comfortable with a series of features that make it truly unique.

The outdoor gardens are a mix of trees, flora and vegetation, with a large pool and different chill-out areas. The interior is no less impressive. The restoration of the mansion was carried out with extraordinary care, maintaining original elements such as wooden beams, arches and stone floors.

The villa is distributed over three floors, on the ground floor there are two double bedrooms en suite, a Celler and an industrial kitchen. El Celler is the ideal place to hold meetings and events.

On the main floor we meet the four remaining bedrooms, all en-suite, one of them with access to the terrace. On this same floor there is also a large terrace, a large dining room with capacity for large groups, and a living room furnished with several sofas with access to the terrace and the main fully equipped kitchen.

There is a chapel on the ground floor, which is accessed from the outside.

Location: Municipality of Porreres, Mallorca. 20 minutes far to the nearest beach, to the airport, to Golf courses and to the Marina. 40 minutes driving to Palma.
